Working out and meditating. Two activities that I have recently incorporated as part of my daily routine and they've had such a positive impact on me.
The routine, is what makes the difference.
Overall, I feel more calm and confident. I feel good!
Some of the bigger questions on my mind have remained relatively unanswered for a long time.
It’s not often that I’d find myself saying “Yes, that makes sense”.
Zen makes a lot of sense.
Unfortunately, it cannot be explained in words. You have to feel it.
You also need to be in a specific zone, having gone through a specific set of experiences. In order for you to be able to understand what Zen is.
These lands. They are captivating.
Majestic Himalayas, Zen life, calm.
I can almost envision sitting outside a monastery. The sky is slightly overcast. Cool wind blowing in my face. Only sound is the sound of the flags fluttering in the air. Utter serenity.
Been a while since I’ve been to a temple or monastery. Last time was 12 years ago, in NYC of all the places Another remarkable, amazing place that I love.
